STEPS TO BOOK YOUR TACTICAL LASER TAG PARTY OR EVENT:

1-Check out all the pages in the Event Planners section. If you have questions other than availability they can probably be answered by these pages.

2-Contact us at TacticalLaserTag@Gmail.com or 1-866-9TACTIC (1-866-982-2842). Have dates & times in mind, as well as the location of your party or event. Age & number of participants, as well as whether or not you need the inflatable bunkers is also helpful.

3-Once you have decided to book your party or event let us know. We will not reserve the spot for you until you have committed. Then, you will need to follow the instructions below to "lock-in" your date & time. Provide as much information as you can. Exact number of participants is not required at the time of booking. Number and sizes of t-shirts, as well as number of dog tags will be needed at least two weeks in advance. We can always make minor adjustments at the event.

4-Check out the Preparation page to help you prepare for your event. If you are unsure about something after reading the Preparation page let us know. We are eager to help you put on the best possible party or event. In most cases, the amount of preparation is minimal.

5-Your balance will be due at the party or event if paying by cash or check. If you need to pay by credit card you must complete the transaction at least one business day before your event.

BOOKING FORM & DEPOSIT CHECK:

Download and complete the Booking Form (PDF Format or Word Format). The form can then be emailed or mailed to us at the address below. If you are paying the deposit by check please mail both the form and the check. If we do not receive the deposit within a reasonable amount of time your event date and time will not be "locked-in."

Larger organizations like companies and colleges may require a Contract instead of the Booking Form. A blank contract can be downloaded for your review. If you need a contract completed we will do so with your event information. Organizations that are unable to provide a deposit need to discuss their needs with us at the time of booking.
