CHOICE OF BUNKERS:

Event & Party Planners now have a choice of bunkers. There is no difference in the price between these two choices. They are included in Events and $50 extra for Parties.

INFLATABLE BUNKERS:

There are many pictures of the inflatable bunkers on this website. They are colorful and of various sizes/shapes. Use of inflatable bunkers requires an electricity source within 100 feet of the set up area.

NEW TENT BUNKERS:

Pictures of the new tent bunkers can be found to the right. The Camo Bunkers are 5'x5'x5' and add a nice feel to the battlefield. The Canopy Bunkers are 10'x10' and used for Bases and center forts. Parties will typically use 2 Canopy Bunkers and 8-10 Camo Bunkers. Large Parties and Events will typically use 2-4 Canopy Bunkers and 10-12 Camo Bunkers.

THE EVENT FORMAT:

Events can be operated in a variety of formats, such as: open play, tournament style, divided by age groups, etc. Generally we run 10-15 minute games with 10-20 players at a time. After each game we can switch up the players to keep the action rolling. It only takes a couple minutes to change the gear from the first group to the next group.

All players that have not experienced Tactical Laser Tag will receive a 3-5 minute briefing. It can be done as a large group, or each small group can be briefed just before their game.

CHOOSING A FORMAT:

Consider the participants when selecting a format. We would be happy to assist you in your decision. Casual gamers prefer an open play format. Moderate gamers prefer a separation between age groups. Hardcore players enjoy a competitive format like tournament-style.

If you want to preschedule games for your event please allow 15 minutes for 10-12 minute games.

THE PARTY FORMAT:

We do all the setup, gear up the players, and oversee all participation. We can even divide the players into teams and adjust as we go to keep things fun for everyone. We'll change up the mission types to keep things exciting and allow for breaks as needed. This will be one of the easiest events for you to plan.

PRE-PARTY:
All the paperwork is taken care of before the action starts. Signed waivers will be collected. See preparation for more details.

THE BRIEFING:
We use the first 10 minutes to cover the "Mission Briefing" (explain the game and how to use the equipment) and suit up the players. Typical parties have the same players playing in all the games, so there is little need for additional briefings or change of equipment. The gear is the player's chosen laser tag weapon and a headband to hold the sensors.

TIME TO PLAY:
We always start off with a few easy team vs. team battle missions to get everyone comfortable before moving on to advanced missions. Many yonger and more casual gamers prefer to stay with the Team Battle mission for most of the party. We'll play 10-15 minute missions until about halfway through the party time slot.

BREAK TIME:
We'll take a short break to allow players to get a drink as needed. This also allows players to switch up to a different laser tag weapon if they choose. Anyone needing a longer break can rejoin the action when they are ready.

LET'S PLAY SOME MORE:
We'll continue with 10-15 minute games until the designated party time slot has ended.

END OF BATTLE:
Players are then presented with their t-shirt & dog tags (if premium package. Birthday person always gets a t-shirt and dog tags). In most cases this is when the food is served and the stories commence. It's awesome that players from both sides will share entertaining stories about the battles.
