TRAVEL FEE:

A Travel fee will be applied to all parties & events that are at least 90 miles from Grottoes, VA:
90-119 Miles = $25 Fee
120-149 Miles = $50 Fee
150-179 Miles = $75 Fee

2 HOUR BASIC PARTY PACKAGE:

$200 for 8 players plus $10 per each additional player up to 20 players. This package includes t-shirt & dog tags for the birthday person. Though more players may attend a maximum of 20 will be in play at one time.

ADD-ONS:

$50 for the Inflatable Bunkers (12-25 bunkers as needed for your party) or the New Tent Bunkers (10-16 bunkers as needed for your party).
$75 for each additional hour.
$6 per additional t-shirt.
$5 per additional dog tags.

2 HOUR PREMIUM PARTY PACKAGE:

$270 for 8 players plus $20 per each additional player up to 20 players. This package includes t-shirts & dog tags for every player. Though more players may attend a maximum of 20 will be in play at one time.

ADD-ONS:

$50 for the Inflatable Bunkers (12-25 bunkers as needed for your party) or the New Tent Bunkers (10-16 bunkers as needed for your party).
$75 for each additional hour.

4 HOUR GROUP EVENT:

$500 for up to 40 players plus $3 per additional player. There is no limit to the total number of players.

6 HOUR GROUP EVENT:

$700 for unlimited players.

8 HOUR GROUP EVENT:

$850 for unlimited players.

FULL WEEKEND GROUP EVENT (up to 16 Hours):

$1500 for unlimited players.

All Group Event Packages include the use of inflatable bunkers or the new tent bunkers. With each event a maximum of 20 players will be play at one time.

4 HOUR FUNDRAISER PACKAGE:

Revenue Sharing Event (split 50/50) with Blue Ridge Battlefield Sports collecting a minimum of $400 and maximum of $600.

8 HOUR FUNDRAISER PACKAGE:

Revenue Sharing Event (split 50/50) with Blue Ridge Battlefield Sports collecting a minimum of $700 and maximum of $1000.

Fundraiser Events are promoted on our website (if desired) and include the use of Inflatable Bunkers. There is no limit on the total number of players, though a maximum of 20 will be in play at one time.

TACTICAL SQUAD SIMULATOR PACKAGE:

$160 for 3 Hours for a 4-Man Squad. Additional Squadmates may be added at $20 each. This package is only available during weekdays (Mon-Thu). This is a hardcore gamer experience and not like a birthday party. See the Tactical Squad Simulator pages for more information.

TSS Package is not available with inflatable bunkers. Travel charges may apply outside of Central Virginia.
