Light rain/snow or patchy weather is acceptable and does not require cancellation of outdoor events. Heavy rain/snow, however, will require rescheduling or moving to an indoor venue. If no indoor venue is available and rescheduling is impossible, the full deposit will be returned.

If you have not been contacted regarding rescheduling or relocating your event, you can assume the event will go on as scheduled. You may contact Rodney Brown at 540-435-6678 for confirmation. Unless you receive word from us you must attend the scheduled event or forfiet the deposit.

In 3 years of operation we have never canceled an event. Very few have even needed rescheduling or relocating. We attempt to be as cooperative as possible to avoid dissapointing the players. Feel free to contact us in advance if you have concerns about the weather.
