PREPARING FOR YOUR PARTY:
1- Please print the waivers and have them completed by all participants. You may print the individual waivers and send them with your invitations, or print the group waiver and have all participants complete as they arrive.

2- Communicate to participants to arrive 15-30 minutes before the Tactical Laser Tag is scheduled to begin so late-comers will not delay the fun. We will start on time unless instructed to wait. Should participants join the party late we will provide the new player with instructions as soon as possible and have them join in.
3- Instruct participants to wear closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for physical activity in the predicted weather. Long pants are encouraged for playing in the woods.
4- Determine the "Battlefield" or playing area. Keep in mind safety and the ability for players to enjoy the experience. Avoid long or steep hills, access to water and exposure to hazards such as barbwire and drop-offs. Ideal size for the battlefield is between the size of a basketball court(50' x 100') and a sports field (120' x 250'). We can play in areas as small as 50' x 50' assuming there are enough places for players to hide. Upon arrival we can assist you in final decisions regarding the battlefield location.
5- Havedrinking water, etc close by. Players will work up a thirst while playing. The closer to the battlefield you have the refreshments the less time needed for the break in play.
