SCHEDULE GUESTS

Communicate with participants to arrive 15-30 minutes early so that late-comers will not delay the fun. We will begin on time unless instructed to wait. Should participants join the action late we will provide the new players with instructions as soon as possible and get them into the next game.

PROPER ATTIRE

Players should wear appropriate attire for physical activity in the predicted weather. Closed-toe shoes are encouraged for all battlefields. Long pants are recommended for playing in the woods or hay fields.

BATTLEFIELD

Keep in mind safety and the players ability to enjoy the experience. SAFETY: Avoid hazards such as sharp objects, tripping hazards, barbwire, dropoffs, and water.
ENJOYMENT: Avoid long or steep hills and thick woods. The ideal size for a battlefield is between 50 x 100 and 100 x 250, but we can use smaller or larger. The players will need enough things to hide behind, such as buildings, trees, and large objects. Consider adding our bunkers to your party package to provide enough cover.
LIGHTING: For indoor or night-time parties and events, we require sufficient lighting for safety and player visibility. This is at the discretion of the Game Master. The use of strobe lights are not permitted.
MUSIC: Music is permitted at a low volume. Loud music prohibits the players from hearing the sound effects of the game and greatly reduces player enjoyment.
