BOOKING CONDITIONS:

DEPOSIT: Deposit must be received within 7 days of booking your event or your date & time will not be held for you.

TRANSFERS/CANCELLATIONS:You may reschedule your event for any reason as long as the new date and time required is available. We want your party/event to be a success and we'll work with you as much as possible on scheduling conflicts. We prefer to reschedule your event to canceling. If a reschedule is impossible your deposit will be returned.

WEATHER POLICY: Light rain/snow or patchy weather is acceptable and does not require cancellation of outdoor events. Heavy rain/snow will require rescheduling or moving the event indoors. Typically, thunderstorms may pass through and cause an interuption of play. In most cases the party can be extended to make up for the loss playing time. If the event requires rescheduling and no acceptable time slot is available the full deposit will be returned to you. Rescheduling needs to be addressed before the Tactical Laser Tag crew travels to the event site.

PHYSICAL FITNESS: It is important that you disclose any physical condition or illness that may limit an individual's ability to participate in physical activity or endanger themselves or other players. Any information in this regard will be treated with confidence. Otherwise, it is assumed that all participants are in good health and level of fitness for the booked activity. Please realize that you do not need to be particularly physically fit to play Tactical Laser Tag. Any concerns can be discussed at the time of booking and must be addressed at the event site prior to play.

LIABILITY RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Please note that there are inherent risks in sports and outdoor activities. Each player will need to complete and sign a waiver (guardians will sign for minors) prior to play. Please print enough waivers or use the Group waiver form. Both are available on the website. Forms must be completed and handed to the Tactical Laser Tag crew before play.
